Ebay Shipping Policy

MR Jewelry will always post a fixed rate of shipping and shipping carrier in all our auctions and Ebay store items. This fixed rate includes the shipping cost, handling charge, and insurance for your item.

What do you get for the shipping charge? First, your item will be securely packaged with appropriate materials. Second, if anything happens to your item in transit, MR Jewelry will refund your purchase price including shipping or replace the item if possible.

MR Jewelry insures all packages through a third party insurer. Per their requirements, the package must not be marked to indicate that the package is insured or marked as to indicate the contents of the package. MR Jewelry uses this third party insurer due to the many problems associated with USPS postal insurance. Utilizing a third party insurer allows MR Jewelry to more quickly deal with any transit problems that may arise.

Some buyers are turned off by handling charges, but please compare our shipping services to that of other auction sellers. MR Jewelry offers the buyer complete protection at a cost that is at many times less than that of other sellers or at least is very competitive with them.

Ebay Payment Policy

I will send a winning bidder notification email with all the auction and payment details shortly after the auction ends. However, for those great buyers who like to send payment immediately, all the necessary payment details are listed below.

Credit Cards Accepted:	Visa, Mastercard, Discover Card Call Toll Free 1-877-MRJEWELRY to pay directly with a credit card. For security reasons, please do not email your credit card number. The best time to call is Monday through Friday between 8 am and 2 pm Eastern time, otherwise leave either your phone number or a detailed message including the auction number, your address, and your credit card information including the three digit CVC number located in the signature area.
Other Payments Accepted:	PayPal When the auction is ended, use either the PayPal Pay Now button that will appear in this listing or log into your PayPal account and send payment to my PayPal payment address - stuff@iglou.com If you win multiple auctions, then please combine all your auctions into one payment. This helps to reduce my PayPal fees and extends the same courtesy to me, that I extend to you by combining shipping.
Sales Tax:	Indiana residents must pay 6% sales tax

Ebay Return Policy

100% Satsifaction Guarantee

Due to the nature of online auctions not allowing a buyer to touch and visually inspect the item they are purchasing, we offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you purchase an item through one of our auctions and are not completely satisfied with the purchase for any reason, you only have to contact us within three (3) days of receiving the item to receive a return authorization. Items returned without a return authorization will not be accepted.

Refunds for items that are defective or that were not described accurately in the auction listing will include both the incoming and outgoing shipping charges. However, buyers returning items because of buyer's remorse will be refunded the purchase price but neither the incoming or outgoing shipping charges.

Returned items must be returned in the same packaging and via the same shipping method by which it was sent to the buyer. Items returned are to be in the same condition as when they were sold and shipped or this guarantee is void. All returns must be accompanied by a copy of the original sales invoice with the return authorization number printed in plain sight. All returns should be shipped with sufficient postage and insurance for the buyer's protection.

If items are not returned as per the above, the item will be returned to sender and no refund will be issued. Please note that if a refund is issued, then we will file for fee reimbursement from ebay. This means that you will receive an e-mail from ebay stating that the buyer and seller mutually agreed not to complete the transaction. We must go through this procedure before ebay will refund the fees associated with the failed transaction.
