Q: Can I have an exact delivery date?

A: The amount of time it takes to deliver a package is dependent on many factors (i.e. location, season, etc.). As a result, our carriers are unable to guarantee delivery on an exact date, which means that we cannot make any promises about the exact date your order will be delivered.

Q: When will my credit card be charged?

A: MR Jewelry will charge your credit card when your order ships.

Q: How much will I be charged for shipping?

A: Our shipping rates are based on actual rates from live shipping servers provided by UPS and the Postal Service, and are based on the actual weight and delivery destination of the products you order.

You can obtain a shipping estimate at any time by adding the items to your shopping cart and clicking the "Estimate Shipping" button under the running cart on the right side of your screen (or near the bottom of the Shopping Cart/Checkout Page). Clicking on this button will bring up another window where you enter your zip code, state, and country (if applicable) information and see what all the various rates are.

Feel free to visit www.ups.com or www.usps.gov and compare our rates to those returned on those websites. No additional "handling" fees will be added on to your order later. What is calculated for shipping when you check out is the charge you pay.

Q: Will I be charged sales tax?

A: MR Jewelry is located in Indiana, therefore all orders shipped to Indiana will be charged sales tax. Exceptions to this policy are made for those with tax exemption status. However, a Form ST-105 (Indiana General Sales Tax Exemption Certificate) must be completed, signed, and sent to MR Jewelry before tax exemption will be granted. Please contact us for assistance with this form.

Q: I just placed an order online. How will I know it was received?

A: You will receive an email confirmation within 24 hours for each order placed online. It confirms receipt of your order and provides you with your order confirmation number.

Q: How can I place an order if I do not feel comfortable giving my credit card information over the internet?

A: The MR Jewelry website uses the latest in security technology to insure your sensitive information is protected. However, you may also place an order by calling us toll free, 1-877-MRJEWELRY, or you can select the phone/fax payment option in the shopping cart and fax your order to 1-812-949-1157.

Q: How do I track my order?

A: You may track your order by logging into your account and selecting the "View Order Status and History" link.

Q: How do I redeem a gift certificate?

A: You may redeem gift certificates during the checkout process. When you reach the screen where you enter your credit card information, simply enter your gift certificate number in the gift certificate field and click "Apply."

Q: Is my personal information and credit card secure?

A: When you click to go beyond our Shopping Cart/Checkout page, you are taken into our secure server side of our site. This section of the site, which encompasses the checkout process and all customer information, is encrypted with 128-bit technology, the highest available, and unlike many other sites, you never enter any personal information at all, including your name and address, before moving to the secure side.

Moreover, unlike some other sites, when using a credit card we keep the entire checkout process "in-house" and you are never taken to another third-party checkout provider who might use your information for whatever other purposes. The only exception to this is if you opt to use PayPal for payment, and then you are taken to the PayPal site to submit your payment amount only.

Your customer account records are maintained in our secure database, but credit card information is stored only long enough to process your order and then it is deleted, it is never stored for long periods.

Q: Do you have a print catalog?

A: We do not have a print catalog at this time. However, we are currently developing both an electronic PDF and a print catalog. If you are interested in receiving a notification when these are ready for distribution, then please contact us.

Q: How can I enter and what are the rules for your monthly contests?

A: Entry in our monthly contests is simple, just sign up for our newsletter. Each month MR Jewelry will have between one and three drawings for MR Jewelry gift certificates. Winners will be notified via email and also will have their name listed on MR Jewelry's website. A person can only win once per year.
