How To Place An Order With MR Jewelry

Navigation and Finding Items At MR Jewelry
Navigating our site is accomplished by using either the red menu bar at the top and bottom of every page. It is best if you do not use the browser 'Back' button in your navigation. Use of the back button will interfere with the proper total in the cart list in the right hand column on each page. However, the overall cart will have the correct items and totals during checkout, even if the cart list displays an incorrect total.

Searching For Specific Items
You can perform a simple search from any page by using the search control in the right hand column. You can also perform a more detail search by using the advanced search options. Advanced search will allow you to search only in particular categories, only search for items on sale, or only search for new items recently added to our site. Moreover, you can also use the 'Refine Results' drop down on to further refine a set of search results.

Adding Items To Your Cart
Items can be added to your shopping cart from either the catalog grid page or the detail page. If you wish to purchase more than one of a particular item, then you can add a definite quantity from the item detail page or you can change the quantities required during the checkout process.

View Shopping Cart and Checking Out
You can view the items in your shopping cart be either using the checkout button in the navigation menus or by using the view cart button in the right hand column. These links will show your current order and allow for the following options:

Gift Wrap
MR Jewelry offers gift wrapping service for all of our items. To have an item gift wrapped, click on the gift wrap button when the shopping cart page is displayed. Fill in the appropriate information, and your order will be shipped with the items wrapped and ready for giving to the lucky recipient.

Coupons
From time to time, MR Jewelry will offer coupon incentives. If you have a valid coupon code, then enter this code in the appropriate field and click apply. The savings associated with your coupon will be deducted from your total and displayed on screen.

Checking Out
When you are ready to proceed with placing your order, click on the checkout button.

Signing In / Create A New Account
If you are a returning customer, then fill in your email address and password. If you are a new customer then fill out the appropriate fields with your information. If you wish to receive our newsletter and be entered into our monthly drawings, then check the appropriate box. Otherwise, you will have the opportunity to provide a different billing address later in the checkout process.

Ship To Information
The ship to information is the address to which your order is to be shipped. The 'Save As' box is for you to give a name to this address; thus allowing you to easily recall the address for future orders. If your billing and shipping address are the same, then please check the appropriate box.

Shipment Summary
This page displays your order and allows you to specify your special instructions, shipping options, and payment options.

Shipping Options
If you used the 'Estimate Shipping' button and selection a shipper and shipping class, then that information is pre-selected for you. If not, then the default shipper and shipping class is selected. In either case, you are free to change one or both options to suit your needs.

Special Instructions
If you have any special instructions for MR Jewelry, then please let us know by typing your request in the appropriate box.

Payment Method
MR Jewelry accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover Card, PayPal, Personal Check, Certified Check, and Money Order Payments. Select the appropriate payment option for your payment. Note: payment by check or money order should select the phone/fax option.

Payment Information
This page displays your order and requests your payment information. If you have a gift certificate then enter the code in the appropriate box. Note: if your gift certificate is for $25 and your order total is for $10, then after the order is processed your gift certificate is still usable for the remaining $15.

Phone/Fax Payment Options
If you are sending a check or money order and selected the phone/fax option on the preceding page, then you do not have to enter any credit card information. You can just click the continue button to process your order. You should now send payment to MR Jewelry. Please include your order number on your payment. MR Jewelry will hold your items for ten days awaiting payment. However, after ten days, if no payment has been received, then your items will be returned to inventory for others to purchase.

PayPal Option
If you are paying via PayPal, then click the 'Complete Order' button. You will be transported to the PayPal web site, please enter your PayPal account information and process your payment. After your payment has been processed, you must click the continue button to return to the MR Jewelry web site to complete your order. Failure to click the continue button will not complete your order and we will not know which items you are purchasing.
