MR Jewelry Shipping Policy

MR Jewelry offers shipping via USPS and UPS. You not only have the choice of shipper, but also the choice of shipping class available with each shipper. Shipping fees are calculated during the checkout process and are based upon your zip code, your choice of carrier, your choice of carrier shipping class, and the total weight of all items in your shopping cart. You can at any time use the 'Estimate Shipping' button to select a shipper and shipping class to see an estimate of shipping charges based on the items in their cart at that time.

MR Jewelry ships Monday through Friday and orders are processed in the order that they are received. Orders will generally ship within one business day. However, during busy seasons it make take two to three business days to process and ship orders.

Exceptions to this policy:
Because MR Jewelry displays its vintage and Eisenberg jewelry at many local antique malls, shipping of these items may take up to three days to allow for retrieval from antique mall. Customers are kept informed of order shipping status via email and also by logging into their account and checking the order status.

Checking Order Status
You can track the status of your order anytime by logging into your account via the My Account button and view your order history. The tracking option in your order history will provide the shipment date and if available, the tracking information so you can check the delivery status of your shipment.

Order Cancellation
Any order can be cancelled with a complete refund prior to shipment. If you need to cancel an order please call MR Jewelry customer service immediately, 1-877-MRJEWELRY (1-877-675-3935.) In the event you cancel an order after the merchandise has been shipped, and in route to you, then you are responsible for any shipping charges incurred in the transaction. This applies even if you do not accept the delivery from the shipper.

USPS Domestic Shipping Classes

USPS First Class Mail
USPS Priority Mail
USPS Express Mail

USPS mail classes offer more economical shipping options than UPS. General delivery time for First Class and Priority mail is 3 to 4 days. These delivery times are not guaranteed, but only a guideline expressed by USPS. However, these classes do not offer a tracking option, but the savings over UPS is sometimes a larger factor in the shipping decision. Note: Express mail does have guaranteed delivery times and tracking options.

UPS 2nd Day Air

UPS shipping is slightly more expensive than USPS shipping. However UPS delivery times are guaranteed as shown in the chart below and each UPS order is trackable.

International Shipments
Both USPS and UPS offer international shipping options. International buyers can calculate their shipping charges by inputting their shipping country during the checkout process or by using the 'Estimate Shipping' button and inputting the necessary information.
